I bought this for my auto detailing business and it has been excellent. The size is just right for easy storage in my shop. The motor and heater work impressively well. I have had a very positive experience with this one and wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Durable unit, great for warehouse or large storage spaces, extracts 97 pints of moisture per day in regular conditions. It can be permanently mounted and ducted or just moved from site to site as needed. It also features Ebac's unique "Hot Gas" defrosting feature so it has the ability to operate in adverse conditions, such as temperatures as low as 33 degrees Fahrenheit, if needed. There is also an adjustable automatic humidistat included and a high-capacity internal condensate pump for automated moisture removal. Impressive unit!

Don't waste your money on a Rug Doctor full of cheap plastic parts. This Scooter Jr is made in the USA and very sturdy for years of use. Being in the carpet cleaning business I can wheel this Scooter around with its big balloon tires with ease. I can easily take it upstairs to Apt Complexes and do both: deep clean and Dye Carpet. Instead of Buying "One" Truck Mount that cost a fortune...buy ten of these for your crew! The suction of this baby is incredible. Forget the Rug Doctor or Truck Mount. Buy one of these you'll be glad you did!

Large tank so I can handle big jobs without stopping. High temp steam, easy to use with heavy-duty wheels and long power cord. Lot of tools, but don't use that many of them--mainly jet nozzle and scraper.

This replaced another Ebac CD100 that I purchased here in May 2013. The compressor failed in July 2019 in that unit. I was happy with its performance and it lasted 6 years, so I this identical unit to replace it. I use it to dehumidify my business's basement, which is 2500 square feet, with a fair amount of humidity that seeps in through the old masonry walls. It sees pretty regular use from March through September. I like to add chlorine tablets to the drip pan inside to prevent the drain line from plugging with algae. This is a bit of a hassle on this unit, as the cover has to come off and even then it is difficult to get to the drip tray with my large hands. It's a solid product, runs well, and will probably last you at least 5 years.

Bought for our little ice cream shop to keep up with cleaning. It was a breeze to set up and works as described. So far I have cleaned burn caramel on our kettle, ground in chocolate and ice cream in the grout of our floors. Very happy with product and exceptional customer service! Definitely recommend.

I purchased a Neptune Ebac dehumidifier some years back. It worked non-stop for over 5 years in my wet 2,000 SF south Florida garage. I just bought another one and hope to get 5 more years. It works in cold weather and it works with the doors opening all the time keeping a fairly steady state of 50 percent RH.

This extractor was a worthy investment. I was amazed at the longevity of the 12 gallon capacity the solution lasted much longer than I expected. The durability is evident in its performance and construction. Best of all, it managed to get rid of all stains from my cars carpets efficiently, leaving them looking fresh and clean. Would recommend

I bought this industrial dehumidifier because I did not want to waste my money on "made in china" brands that only last as long as their warranty. I have used this brand in our factory with good results. It arrived in good shape and took very little effort to put in into service. I bought it for a 2700 sq ft shop which is very well insulated which leads to holding moisture (southern humidity) which is causing mold to grow on the insides of my cars. It is not whisper quiet and puts out some heat but it has removed on average about three gallons of moisture per day running 24/7. My electric bill has jumped up about $15/month running this dehumidifier but the mold has stopped growing which was my number one concern. Overall a good product.

The great thing about this product is that it performs as described on the website. I would highly recommend this piece of equipment for home and light commercial use. We use it commercially for jobs that require 3 hours or less of performance. It comes with the necessary attachments for this type of job and the website offers replacement parts.

I've only had the MR-1000 a little over a week now and I have to say it's one of the best products out there. I have a few classic cars & have cleaned 2 engines, 4 sets of mag wheels. It only took a couple of hours vs days the old spray and scrub way. I am amazed at the quality and ease of use. There were spots on some of the mags that I could not get off before, they came off in seconds using this steamer. I have also done the tile in one of my bathrooms and the wife is very happy with the results. This is a quality product and worth every cent. There on line video is excellent and explains everything. I rarely comment on products I purchase, but I had to say something this time. It also comes with a great set of attachments that all fit in the basket that is supplied. I wish I would have purchased this years ago.

I was hesitant about investing in a new carpet extractor for my small cleaning business. My main concern was finding a machine powerful enough to handle tough stains but still portable for easy transport between jobs. The EDIC FiveStar really surprised me!

At first, I worried the 3-gallon tank wouldn't be enough, but it's perfect for most of my jobs. The 85 PSI pump packs a punch - it removed some old coffee stains I thought were permanent. What I love most is how compact and lightweight it is. I can easily load it in and out of my van without straining my back like I did with my old machine.

If you detail vehicles, the Sandia Indy 6-Gallon Extractor is a game-changer. It's durable, powerful, and the heated feature makes cleaning carpets and upholstery incredibly effective. The 100 PSI injector and strong vacuum suction pull out dirt and grime easily, and the 15-foot hose provides plenty of reach for any job.

Heating up takes about 15 minutes, so a little prep time is needed, but it's worth the wait. While it could use protective covers on the switches and lockable wheels, these are minor nitpicks compared to its overall performance.

After purchasing multiple residential dehumidifiers I grew tired of there typically short life (2-3 years). I searched for a commercial grade unit and discovered this one. Completely analog and very well made I could not be happier with its performance. I look forward to many years of trouble free operation.

As a janitor, I was doubtful about this compact extractor. However, it has surpassed my expectations. Weighing only 40 pounds, it's easy to move. This solves my main issue: cleaning around desks and in corners. Despite its size, it's powerful enough for our busy areas. The Comet has cut my cleaning time and effort. It's ideal for our office, and I can see its value in schools and restaurants too. If you need to clean carpets in tight spaces, this machine is a gamechanger.

The Falcon performed exactly as I was hoping for. I work a lot of construction, remodel clean up and make ready for houses and I needed a work horse of a steam cleaner and this was perfect for me. I've used this to clean dirty, nasty grout lines and tiles to save having to completely demo them. I like to start with the nylon brush it comes with to test an area first and then if need be I'll go back over with one of the brass brushes. Nice knowing that the steam sanitizes as I'm using it to clean at the same time. Looking forward to using it to clean up and detail my car next like in the videos I saw of it on youtube

We have an industrial pump station that is a very damp environment. Condensation use to form on the pipes and walls until we installed the Ebac CD60. Within two weeks the unit had the moisture under control. This is an outstanding unit and will greatly increase the longevity of other equipment in the station.

It's running 24/7 and sucking gallons upon gallons of water from 1,000 square ft by 2.5 ft crawlspace. I've encapsulated the crawlspace as best I can, but property has major drainage issues and water/moisture is literally finding its way through or under foundation. The Ebac CD30 is the only thing keeping moisture levels in check, stopping mold and dry rot to beams/subflooring. Compact design made maneuvering it into crawlspace much easier. Would I buy this unit again? YEP

We have a 33,000 sq ft warehouse that is insulated but holds a lot of moisture especially after a rain. After we installed the unit we could tell a noticeable difference. We keep the major doors shut and on normal days it feels like we are air conditioning the warehouse
