DEPOTCARE+ LEGAL
The terms that govern enrollment, renewal, member savings, priority processing, and remote equipment support.
These DepotCare+ Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Membership Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the DepotCare+ membership program (“DepotCare+” or the “Program”) offered by Commercial Cleaning Depot LLC (“Commercial Cleaning Depot,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, renewing, or using DepotCare+, you agree to these Membership Terms, our website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, each as applicable.
DepotCare+ is an account-wide annual membership for Commercial Cleaning Depot customers. One active membership covers the eligible customer account used to purchase the membership; it is not purchased separately for each machine. DepotCare+ provides eligible member discounts, priority internal order processing, and remote equipment and purchasing support, subject to these Membership Terms.
To enroll in and use DepotCare+, you must:
Memberships and benefits are personal to the enrolled customer or business account. They may not be transferred, shared with unrelated persons or businesses, resold, or used to purchase for resale unless Commercial Cleaning Depot approves otherwise in writing. We may request reasonable verification of account ownership, business affiliation, equipment model, serial number, or purchase history before providing a benefit.
DepotCare+ costs $96.00 USD plus applicable tax per 12-month term. The “$8/month” presentation is an equivalent monthly breakdown for comparison only; DepotCare+ is billed as one annual charge and is not a monthly plan. There is no free trial unless a separate written promotion expressly states otherwise.
Your membership begins when your initial payment is successfully processed and automatically renews for successive 12-month terms until canceled. By enrolling, you expressly authorize Commercial Cleaning Depot and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your membership $96.00 USD plus applicable tax at enrollment and at each annual renewal, or the then-current annual price disclosed to you before renewal.
We will send an annual renewal reminder to the email address associated with your membership approximately 30 days before renewal. The reminder will identify the membership, the amount and frequency of the charge, and how to cancel. If the annual price changes, we will provide advance notice and cancellation instructions before the new price takes effect, as required by applicable law. Please keep your account email address current.
If a payment fails, we or our membership provider may retry the payment method and ask you to update your billing information. Benefits may be suspended while payment remains unsuccessful. The membership may expire or be canceled if payment is not completed.
While your membership is active and your account is in good standing, DepotCare+ currently includes:
The 10% member discount applies only to products that Commercial Cleaning Depot designates as DepotCare+ eligible. Eligible items generally include selected replacement parts and consumables. Major equipment, machines, freight or delivery charges, taxes, gift cards, services, clearance items, manufacturer-restricted items, and other excluded products do not receive the discount unless we expressly state otherwise.
Discount eligibility may be shown on a product page, in the cart, or at checkout. Discounts have no cash value, are not retroactive, may not be combined with certain promotions or contract pricing, and may be limited by manufacturer policies or law. If a discount is not reflected at checkout, contact us before completing the order. We may correct a technical or pricing error and may cancel orders that improperly apply a membership benefit.
One active membership covers eligible purchases made through the enrolled customer account. Coverage does not extend to unrelated accounts, affiliates, franchises, locations, employees using separate accounts, or third parties unless we approve account linking in writing.
Priority processing means we will place eligible member orders ahead of standard orders in our internal review and processing queue when reasonably practicable. It does not guarantee same-day processing, shipment, delivery, product availability, allocation, or a specific arrival date. It does not override fraud review, payment verification, order holds, backorders, manufacturer lead times, dropship schedules, weather, holidays, force-majeure events, or carrier transit times.
DepotCare+ support is remote assistance provided by phone, email, video call, or other available channel during our posted business hours and subject to team availability. We may require an appointment and information such as photographs, video, proof of purchase, model number, and serial number. Support is provided on a reasonable-use basis and is primarily intended for products purchased from Commercial Cleaning Depot.
Remote setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and parts guidance is informational. It does not replace the manufacturer’s manual, required training, workplace safety procedures, or service by a qualified technician. You are responsible for confirming that any instruction is appropriate for your equipment, application, facility, and jurisdiction and for disconnecting power and following all lockout, chemical-handling, and other safety procedures.
DepotCare+ is not emergency service, on-site service, repair labor, preventive-maintenance coverage, insurance, an extended warranty, a service contract, replacement-parts coverage, or a guarantee of diagnosis, repair, compatibility, performance, or uptime. We may decline guidance that should be performed by the manufacturer or a licensed or qualified professional, including hazardous electrical, battery, gas, refrigerant, structural, or chemical work.
We use the information you provide to help identify parts, but equipment revisions and incomplete or inaccurate model information can affect compatibility. You are responsible for verifying part numbers, dimensions, voltage, fit, and suitability before ordering or installing a part. Product returns remain subject to our Refund Policy and any manufacturer restrictions.
Manufacturer warranties are offered and controlled by the applicable manufacturer, not by DepotCare+. We may help you identify the manufacturer’s process, gather available documentation, and communicate with the manufacturer, but we do not make warranty-coverage decisions and cannot guarantee approval, response times, repair, replacement, reimbursement, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for meeting warranty deadlines, preserving proof of purchase, following manufacturer instructions, and providing requested information. Parts, labor, and other coverage available under a manufacturer’s warranty are not provided by DepotCare+.
You may cancel future renewal at any time using any of these methods:
Cancel before the renewal charge is processed to avoid the next annual charge. We will provide a cancellation confirmation. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not normally terminate the current paid term. Your benefits remain available through the end of that term unless the membership is terminated for misuse or otherwise required by law.
Membership fees are nonrefundable and are not prorated after being charged, except where applicable law requires a refund or Commercial Cleaning Depot expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Canceling a membership does not change the return or refund terms that apply to products purchased with membership benefits.
You may not misuse DepotCare+, including by:
We may investigate suspected misuse, place orders or benefits on hold, correct discounts, cancel affected orders, or suspend or terminate a membership. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. A membership terminated for fraud or material misuse may lose benefits immediately and may not be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law.
We may add, remove, or revise non-core benefits, eligible products, support channels, and Program procedures from time to time. We will not retroactively reduce a discount already validly applied to a completed order. If we make a material adverse change to the Program, these Membership Terms, or the annual fee, we will provide advance notice and cancellation instructions as required by law. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use of DepotCare+ after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPOTCARE+ AND ALL SUPPORT, GUIDANCE, CONTENT, AND BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” COMMERCIAL CLEANING DEPOT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SUPPORT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT EVERY ISSUE CAN BE DIAGNOSED OR RESOLVED REMOTELY, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT, PART, WARRANTY CLAIM, OR DELIVERY WILL HAVE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
Nothing in these Membership Terms limits any express product warranty given by a manufacturer or any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMERCIAL CLEANING DEPOT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR USE; EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO DEPOTCARE+, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO DEPOTCARE+ WILL NOT EXCEED THE MEMBERSHIP FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR DEPOTCARE+ DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, OR TO OUR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED.
We process account, payment, order, equipment, and support information as described in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you agree to receive transactional communications necessary to administer DepotCare+, including enrollment confirmations, renewal reminders, payment notices, benefit updates, and cancellation confirmations. Transactional membership communications are not optional marketing messages. Marketing communications remain subject to the choices and rights described in our Privacy Policy.
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you and Commercial Cleaning Depot agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by sending a written description of the issue and requested resolution to the contact information below and allowing 30 days for a response. Subject to any nonwaivable right or applicable small-claims procedure, courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this governing-law provision does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection afforded by the law of your state of residence.
If any provision of these Membership Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your membership or rights under these Membership Terms without our written consent. We may assign the Program or these Membership Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction. Section headings are for convenience only. These Membership Terms and the policies incorporated above form the entire agreement regarding DepotCare+ and supersede prior statements about the Program to the extent they conflict.
