You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order. As soon as we receive it, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
At Commercial Cleaning Depot, we understand the urgency of receiving your order promptly. Should an item be delayed beyond our standard handling time 1-2 business days and 3-7 business days transit time, we will notify you with an updated delivery timeline.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing all the necessary tracking information. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to sales@commercialcleaningdepot.com, then visit our Refund policy.
We strive to ensure that all orders are complete and accurate, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you find that an item is missing from your order, please contact us.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our customer service will give confirmation about order cancellation .
If the maximum processing (max 2 business days) and dispatch time (max 7 business days) has already passed and your order has not yet arrived, you do not need to worry yet. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery. Should your package still be missing after this time, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the matter further.
