Models: DIY-09-HP through DIY-36-HP, DIYCASSETTE, DIY-MULTI series
- Parts: 5 years from proof of purchase
- Compressor: 7 years from proof of purchase
- Remote Control: Included in parts warranty
- Extended Lifetime Warranty: Available with MRCOOL Care Kit Program enrollment (fee required)
- Installation: Professional installer NOT required when using MRCOOL Quick Connect Pre-Charged Line Set
Advantage Series Mini-Splits
Models: A-09-HP through A-36-HP series
- Parts: 1 year from proof of purchase
- Compressor: 2 years from proof of purchase
- Extended Lifetime Warranty: Available with MRCOOL Care Kit Program enrollment (fee required)
Must register within 180 days of purchase
Covers compressor failure only with one-time condenser replacement
Requires ongoing Care Kit Program maintenance
Easy Pro Series Mini-Splits
Models: EZPRO-09-HP through EZPRO-24-HP series
- Parts: 1 year from proof of purchase
- Compressor: 2 years from proof of purchase

Central Ducted Systems
Models: CENTRAL-18-HP through CENTRAL-60-HP, MVP Series
- Parts: 10 years from installation date
- Compressor: 10 years from installation date
- Labor: 10 years (installer responsible for first 90 days)
- Installation: Professional installer NOT required when using MRCOOL Quick Connect Pre-Charged Line Set
Universal Series Split Systems
Models: UHP series, UAH series Air Handlers
- Parts: 10 years from proof of purchase
- Compressor: 10 years from proof of purchase
- Labor: 2 years limited (begins 91 days after purchase, covers diagnostic and repair costs)
- Installation: Professional installer required
Inverter Package Series
Models: GCSHPM series, GCSCAM series
- Parts: 10 years from installation date
- Labor: 5 years limited (manufacturing defects only, begins 91 days after installation)
- Installation: Professional installation required
Olympus Series Mini-Splits
Models: MDUO, MDUCO, MDUI series
Owner-Occupied Residences:
- Parts: 5 years standard, 10 years with registration within 60 days
- Compressor: 5 years standard, 10 years with registration within 60 days
Commercial Applications:
- Parts & Compressor: 5 years with registration within 60 days
- Installation: Professional installer required

Installation Requirements:
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local electrical codes
- Must follow MRCOOL installation instructions
- Must use new, compatible, MRCOOL-approved components
- Warranty voids if installed with used or incompatible parts
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Labor, diagnostic, shipping, or installation costs (except where labor warranty applies)
- Normal maintenance (filter cleaning, lubrication, coil cleaning)
- Refrigerant costs or energy consumption
- Damage from improper installation, natural disasters, or electrical issues
- Units moved from original installation address
- Units installed outside USA and Canada
