Equipment purchased from authorized U.S. distributors is covered for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date under normal use.

Coverage includes parts and labor, plus one-way shipping within Continental U.S.

What's Covered:

• All internal parts and labor
• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects

What's Not Covered:

• Home-use pet dryers
• Individual parts and accessories
• Refurbished items
• Normal wear and tear (power cords, fuses, brushes, filters, etc.)
• Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance
• Unauthorized repairs
• Shipping damage
• External damage (weather, power surges)
• Use of non-XPOWER parts

Note: Motor brushes on Pressurized Wall Cavity Drying (PDS) equipment and pet dryers are only covered for first use.
