NOVATEK CORPORATION LIMITED WARRANTY:
- Electrical components are covered for 180 days from the purchase date.
- All other materials are covered for 1 year from the purchase date.
- Warranty applies only to units purchased from Novatek or authorized retailers.
- Accessories are not covered under this warranty.
- Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
- Returns require a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Novatek will repair or replace defective parts at their discretion.
Novatek Corporation provides a limited warranty for its NOVAIR product line, ensuring that all components are free from defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms:
- Electrical components are covered for 180 days from the purchase date.
- All other materials in the unit are covered for 1 year from the purchase date.
- This warranty does not apply to accessories and only covers products purchased directly from Novatek or authorized retailers.
Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover products that have been misused, modified, abused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Any accessories included with the product are not covered under this warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
- If a unit is found to be defective within the warranty period, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Novatek.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package; otherwise, the return may be refused.
- The defective unit must be shipped to Novatek Corporation via pre-paid transportation along with proof of purchase.
- Upon inspection, Novatek will repair or replace the defective part(s) at their discretion.
- Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered under the original warranty period.
Limitation of Liability:
- Novatek Corporation’s sole responsibility under this warranty is to repair or replace defective parts.
- The company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
