The motors and parts have a one (1) year pro-rated warranty, excluding labor, as follows (Parts Pro-Rated Over 1 Year and corresponding Charge To The Customer):
- 0 - 90 Days: No Charge For Parts
- 3 - 6 Months: 25% of the List Price for Parts
- 7 - 9 Months: 50% of the List Price for Parts
- 10 - 12 Months: 75% of the List Price for Parts
The Warranty is limited to 90 days on labor. Thereafter, labor will be charged to the customer at the prevailing hourly rate.
Delivery issues
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. Refuse visibly damaged deliveries and contact us immediately. If you could not inspect or refuse delivery, contact us promptly when damage is discovered, retain the packaging and photographs, and do not use the product. Report missing or incorrect items within 30 calendar days of delivery, and report arrival defects promptly. Approved incorrect-item, arrival-damage, and arrival-defect claims have no restocking fee, and we cover necessary return or replacement shipping. Commercial Cleaning Depot returns
For purchases from Commercial Cleaning Depot, request return authorization within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible unused, uninstalled, undamaged products in resalable condition with their original packaging and all contents. Packaging may be opened solely for inspection. A 20% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping, including freight when required, apply to change-of-mind returns. Chemicals are excluded.
