A few ceiling-cassette-specific items are not included and need to be sourced before installation day: 

• Condensate drain pump (not included): Ceiling cassettes cannot gravity-drain as wall units do. A 230V mini-split-rated condensate pump is required to lift condensate to a drain line.  
• Ceiling rough-in opening: The OuttaSight cassette requires a rough-in opening of approximately 50.31 in. x 13.19 in. in your ceiling framing before installation.
• Dedicated 230V circuit: A 25A breaker and 10 AWG wire run to the installation location are required. This is separate from the included DIYPRO cable.

How much ceiling cavity depth does the OuttaSight cassette require?

The air handler housing is 8.98 inches tall. You need at least 9 to 10 inches of clear ceiling cavity depth, measured from the finished ceiling surface to the bottom of the floor or roof structure above, to install it properly.

Can I extend the line set beyond 25 feet?
