I bought this industrial dehumidifier because I did not want to waste my money on "made in china" brands that only last as long as their warranty. I have used this brand in our factory with good results. It arrived in good shape and took very little effort to put in into service. I bought it for a 2700 sq ft shop which is very well insulated which leads to holding moisture (southern humidity) which is causing mold to grow on the insides of my cars. It is not whisper quiet and puts out some heat but it has removed on average about three gallons of moisture per day running 24/7. My electric bill has jumped up about $15/month running this dehumidifier but the mold has stopped growing which was my number one concern. Overall a good product.

I had a humidity problem and needed to reduce the humidity in a three car garage plus another storage area which is an additional 1500 sq. ft. This machine took us from 57% down to around 40%. Very happy, prompt delivery, works right out of the box, thank you

Great piece and very easy to set up and run. Quiet and does all it says it will do plus pumps out the remainder of the water collected after defrost. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to purchase another one, if needed.
