It features an air-to-air heat exchange system for pre-cooling and drying, maximizing dry air delivery over long distances with its high-capacity backward incline fan. GREAT product.

The right product for the job and at a great price. 2 of the plastic feet were broken in shipping other than that it was in GREAT shape when it arrived. Doing it's job and not causing any problems.

Awesome Unit

The unit was placed in a 2500 square foot unfinished basement. It is able to maintain 40 percent relative humidity during a 3 day rain storm.

Excellent product

Took my 2500 square ft basement from 86% humidity to a consistent 47%. It took about 3 weeks of continuous run before it began regulating the humidity by shutting off and on automatically. Excellent product. Highly recommend.
