XPOWER Manufacturer's Warranty
Equipment purchased from authorized U.S. distributors is covered for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date under normal use.
Coverage includes parts and labor, plus one-way shipping within Continental U.S.
What's Covered:
- All internal parts and labor
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
What's Not Covered:
- Home-use pet dryers
- Individual parts and accessories
- Refurbished items
- Normal wear and tear (power cords, fuses, brushes, filters, etc.)
- Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs
- Shipping damage
- External damage (weather, power surges)
- Use of non-XPOWER parts
Note: Motor brushes on Pressurized Wall Cavity Drying (PDS) equipment and pet dryers are only covered for first use.
